Acoustic enclosure are made by using sheet metal whose thickness is about 14/16G. They are extensively used to reduce the noise level of DG set. It also functions as a weather proof housing. Further, we can use multi fold sheet channels and ISMC sections. Acoustic enclosure construction is fully bolted. The doors are are specially designed with hinges. Including all there is lock handles, fuel tank and battery. It is housed outside the enclosure. We offer resin coated fibber glass tissue on exposed surface of glass wool slabs so as to increase its durability. The panels are connected by perforated sheets. For ventilation, Acoustic enclosure does not have hot pockets around engine. As such, it is provided with suitable designed engine radiator or additional axial flow fan. They do not allow the temperature to rise more than 5-7°C above ambient temperature. Anyhow, we also incorporate air intake and exhaust fans or single unit velocity axial flow fans as per the requirement of our customers. We are recognized manufacturer of acoustic enclosures. |
